Brainstorming for Portfolio

3. BRAINSTORM a series of general themes that you would like to incorporate into a portfolio of your own. You should have at least five ideas with descriptions.

4. Think about:
i. Common characteristics that you’ve already used throughout your art pieces (ex. Cities, environmentalism, portraits of people).

ii. Sounds that you like.

iii. Visual themes that you’re attracted to in general (ex, street art, foreign lands, contour drawings).

Themes I chose to brainstorm include, cabin fever, the wild, futuristic planet, modern art style, and a street art appeal. All of my art and media art is revolved around some outdoor theme, while still keeping it modern and a street style of art. I want to incorporate a cabin outdoor theme, but making its street art style, giving me my main theme for my portfolio "Cabin Fever". I want my introduction to be similar to Daulton's portfolio with his movie introduction leading to a cabin using some sort of animal running through the wild until they get to the cabin with my buttons to access my art from inside the cabin and my personal info in the trees and my plans for the future in the sky. Once in the cabin, I want to keep the cabin fever theme while keeping street style inside. I want to make all my art work buttons that when you click on them my art pops up from the wall of the cabin. Sounds will incorporate sounds from the wild like animal noises, the cabin door creaking noise etc. This theme will fit my art perfectly as all my art has a modern street style while it is always outdoors or in the wild.
